RESINS

NOMA GREEN

A line of epoxy resins produced on the basis of bio-glycerin. Our products come from renewable, sustainable sources and are a response to the environmental challenges affecting the composite industry. Our portfolio includes products with a diverse bio-component content ranging from 27% to 100%, enabling a carbon footprint reduction of up to 40% compared to "traditional" resins.

Depending on the hardener used, our bio-resins are used in:
– electrical and electronics (coatings for capacitors and resistors, potting of components)
– construction – floors, road surfaces, grouts
– sports equipment and all composites with carbon or glass fiber
– adhesives – for metal, glass, stone, wood
– paints

NOMA COMP

NOMA Comp consists of a range of products in the form of resins and hardeners that allow for the creation of composite structures using production techniques such as hand lay-up, infusion, RTM, or hot pressing. NOMA Comp includes resins of various viscosities and hardeners with pot life ranging from 15 to 300 minutes. The NOMA Comp system can be used to manufacture composite elements for the production of sports equipment (kayaks, boats, paddles), automotive parts (bumpers, engine hoods), and other components made using glass, carbon, basalt, and aramid fibers that require high strength parameters and excellent aesthetics. The special pro-adhesive formula of the NOMA Comp epoxy system allows for the use of inorganic fillers, fumed silica, other fillers, and dyes.

NOMA BAR

A line of epoxy products designed for pultrusion processes. It includes 2-component and 3-component systems.
It is characterized by a long pot life (after mixing the components), ease of processing, and excellent compatibility with a wide range of fibers. It is used for the production of composite rebars and meshes used in construction (reinforcement of foundations, industrial floors, industrial tanks, road barriers, railway crossings, bridge structures) and agriculture (poles, pergolas, forest fence posts).

NOMA PREG

A line of autoclave and out-of-autoclave fiber prepregs based on epoxy resins. They are available in a wide range of variants – with a choice of carbon, glass, aramid, and basalt fibers. A distinguishing feature of our products is that they do not require low temperatures for storage – they remain stable at room temperature for up to 12 months. Curing is recommended at temperatures from 90 to 180 °C. We are currently developing flame-retardant and anti-static prepregs.

NOMA GLUE

A line of epoxy and methacrylate adhesive systems for various applications. Available versions include: thixotropic, transparent, reinforced with glass and carbon fiber, and so-called "liquid metal". They show excellent adhesion to most materials, including: steel, aluminum, thermosetting matrix composites, and even PP, PE, ABS, PVC. They are characterized by curing times from 7 to 60 minutes.

NOMA BMC

A product based on epoxy resin and carbon fiber in the form of pulp (Bulk Molding Compound). Placed in a hot mold and pressed under high pressure, which causes it to spread inside the mold, it allows for high-quality, repeatable products to be obtained in a few minutes. It is perfectly suited for applications in the automotive, transport, electrical, and sanitary industries.

Also available in a GREEN version, where the standard epoxy resin has been replaced with resin derived from waste bio-glycerin.

NOMA WAY

An epoxy system designed for creating surfaces (pedestrian and bicycle paths). When combined with aggregate, it creates the effect of a natural surface with high performance parameters. Surfaces made on the basis of NOMA WAY are characterized by high water permeability, which eliminates the problem of drainage and supports the creation of green cities.

The NOMA WAY system is also available in the NOMA WAY GREEN version, where the base of the system is an epoxy resin derived from waste bio-glycerin.

NOMA CERABOND

A solvent-free epoxy system in the form of a two-component putty with a wide range of applications and easy application. It is characterized by excellent adhesion to metal and concrete substrates, excellent abrasion resistance, and high thermal resistance. The coating has good resistance to water, chemical solutions, lubricants, and most solvents. It has a high content of ceramic reinforcement. It extends the service life and failure-free operation of equipment exposed to wear from fine particles. It is resistant to cracking and delamination and is characterized by low shrinkage.

Applications: slurry pumps and pipes, screw conveyors, chutes and hoppers, pipe elbows, separators, containers and hoppers, wear plates, fan blades and housings, hydrocyclones..

NOMA ELECTRO

Advanced epoxy systems for electrotechnical applications: windings, potting/encapsulation, and pultrusion in versions for low and high voltages. Low-viscosity and high-wettability formulations effectively penetrate windings, providing high dielectric strength and thermal resistance.

In potting applications, the resin creates smooth, bubble-free castings, also available in versions with increased thermal conductivity and halogen-free versions with enhanced flame retardancy. In pultrusion, controlled reactivity and fast curing enable high process speeds, excellent fiber saturation, and stable mechanical parameters. We select viscosity, gel time, and hardener type (amine/anhydride) for specific technology and client requirements.

NOMA CAST

A line of epoxy, super-transparent casting systems with a single-pour thickness range from 1 to 50 mm. It is characterized by perfect surface quality without air bubbles or shrinkage, and wide possibilities for pigmentation and creating unique compositions. Additionally, these products are user-friendly, odorless, and safe to use.
