Our story began with a passion for science – the experience gained in research became the foundation upon which we built a place that connects the world of science and business. Because we wanted to see what was created in laboratories put into practice, over the following years we gained experience in the plastics industry, learning how to effectively translate scientific knowledge into technological solutions.
Drawing on years of experience in the composites industry, we established our company in 2021. NOMA Resins, which aims to implement professional solutions in composite materials and epoxy systems. Our mission is to create modern, sustainable technologies and products that meet the needs of the industry of the future. The company's goal is to implement process and product solutions that combine high efficiency with environmental care and recyclability. We conduct advanced research and development work, which allows us to supply the global market with the highest quality composite products.
Our solutions are used by, among others, manufacturers from the automotive, sports, construction, and aerospace industries, as well as companies involved in the repair, recycling, and reprocessing of composite structures.
Company headquarters
The company's headquarters is located in Gliwice – one of the most dynamically developing industrial and technological centres in Poland. Its location in the heart of the Upper Silesian Industrial Region provides us with access to a skilled workforce, scientific and research facilities, and a strong network of partners from the materials and chemical industries. Gliwice offers a unique combination of industrial infrastructure, academic facilities – including the Silesian University of Technology – and convenient transport links, which fosters the dynamic development of our research and production activities and the highest level of cooperation with industry.
TRAINING and PARTNERSHIPS
Our employees are lecturers conducting training courses in the field of polymer composites: „Chemo- and Thermosetting Composite Materials – Introduction to Polymer Chemistry, Composite Properties and Manufacturing Methods” and „Technical Evaluation of Polymer Composite Quality”.
We share knowledge as part of cooperation z EMT Systems Engineering Training Centre, due to the neighbouring location and overlapping areas of operation.
Our partnership also aims to implement joint initiatives to provide research services and deploy advanced manufacturing technologies.
FAIRS AND EVENTS
We actively participate in trade fairs,
trainings and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the composites industry.
Regular attendance at events allows us to exchange experiences with partners, test new solutions, and implement them more quickly in our materials.
This allows us to offer clients tried and tested, technologically advanced products and advice based on first-hand knowledge.
